Terms of Service

1. Service Rates

All service rates are calculated based on property type (apartment, house, or townhouse), number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and service frequency. Final pricing is displayed in the app before booking confirmation. All cleanings are performed by a team of two professionals.

2. First Visit Setup Rate

Your first cleaning visit includes a one-time setup rate of approximately 25% above the recurring rate. This covers the initial deep assessment and setup of your home profile. Subsequent visits are charged at the standard recurring rate.

3. Frequency Discounts

New clients who choose recurring service receive the following discounts applied to every visit:

• Bi-Weekly service: 10% discount per visit
• Weekly service: 15% discount per visit

4. Reactivation Fee

If your recurring service has been inactive:

• After 45 days without cleaning: +15% reactivation fee
• After 60 days without cleaning: +25% reactivation fee

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service are subject to a 30% fee of the service total.

6. Same-Day Bookings

Same-day bookings are subject to a +20% urgency fee based on availability. First-time clients: appointment slots start at 2:00 PM.

7. Overtime (After 7:00 PM)

Services that extend beyond 7:00 PM are subject to a +15% overtime fee.
